Application procedure

If you wish to join the crew of MSC Cargo, MSC Cruises, or Explora Journeys, please follow the steps below:

1. Download the application form

2. Fill in the form

  • Carefully complete all required fields in the Excel file.
  • For MSC Cruises or Explora Journeys application you have to fill Ship Experience form in word.
  • Make sure all information is accurate and complete — especially your contact details, the position you are applying for, and your sea service experience.

3. Send your application

Once the form is completed, send it by e-mail to:
 mscbogdan@mscbogdan.hr

In the subject line of your e-mail, please write:
“Application – [Your Full Name] – [Position]”
e.g. Application – John Smith – Deck Cadet

4. Next steps

After we receive your application, our recruitment team will review it and contact you if additional information or an interview is required.

  • Include all relevant certificates and sea experience.
